The 2015 G63 AMG Crazy Colour Edition has launched in the country for a price of Rs. 2.17 crores (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Based on the standard G-Wagen, the iconic SUV has been pushed towards the outlandish with the new wacky colour options that completely transforms the appeal of the powerful SUV. The Mercedes G63 AMG gets finished in three bright metallic colour options including Solar Beam Yellow, Sunset Beam Orange and Alien Green and are complimented by the gloss black finished paint job on the front and rear bumpers, exterior black mirror housings, wheel arches and blackened roof. Adding the awesome touch are the 20-inch 5-spoke black AMG alloy wheels as well as the ‘AMG’ and Bi-Turbo badges.

The Mercedes G63 AMG has been on sale in India for quite a while now and the Crazy Colour Edition gets no changes to the powertrain. The legendary SUV continues to use the 5.5-litre Bi-Turbo V8 engine tuned by AMG under the hood that produces 544 HP at 5500 RPM and 760 Nm of peak torque between 2000-5000 RPM, paired to a 7-speed SpeedShift automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels via the permanent all-wheel drive system. Weighing 2550 kg, the G63 AMG does the 0-100 kmph run in 5.4 seconds and has a top speed of 210 kmph. The SUV comes with a Harmon Kardon surround system, updated COMAND unit, Eco Start-Stop function, Adaptive brake lights, Hill Start Assist, Cruise Control and a lot more.
